The Superior North Catholic District School Board (SNCDSB) is pleased to announce that our schools were approved by Infrastructure Canada and the Ministry of Education to receive funding through the Federal Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program; Ventilation Improvements in Schools. We are grateful for the support of both our federal and provincial partners in supporting our ongoing efforts to ensure safe and supportive learning environments for our students, staff and community.
In total, these projects will support up to $26.5M in projects in school boards across Ontario. In the SNCDSB, this funding was used for a Ventilation Upgrade at our Holy Angels School. This involved an installation of two new heat recovery ventilation units.
